New Love: An Isadora Duncan Workshop
Ages 16 and Up, NO PRIOR DANCE TRAINING REQUIRED
Inspired by the philosophy and movement of Isadora Duncan, this workshop explores dance as a natural, expressive language of the body. Rooted in breath, gravity, and emotion, Duncan technique draws from simple human movement—walking, running, skipping, and leaping—allowing the body to move with freedom and authenticity.
In this workshop we will explore New Love. Duncan believed that love was the soul’s vision of beauty, a force that inspired both artistic creation and the passionate embrace of life. Through music and movement, participants will explore the excitement, curiosity, and openness that come with new love—allowing the body to express the freshness, wonder, and possibility of discovering beauty in the world and in one another.

Nurturing Love: An Isadora Duncan Workshop
Ages 14 and Up, NO PRIOR DANCE TRAINING REQUIRED
Inspired by the philosophy and movement of Isadora Duncan, this workshop explores dance as a natural, expressive language of the body. Rooted in breath, gravity, and emotion, Duncan technique draws from simple human movement—walking, running, skipping, and leaping—allowing the body to move with freedom and authenticity.
In this workshop we will explore Nurturing Love—the compassionate, supportive love that allows us to care for others and ourselves. Duncan expressed profound ideals about humanity, compassion, and the power of love to uplift the human spirit. Through music and movement, participants will explore gestures of support, tenderness, and connection, reflecting the ways we nurture family, friends, community, and the next generation.
