Yoga with Maggie is an invitation to let go of your worries and let in more laughter and joy! Her classes are carefully crafted around a theme, incorporating music, literature, and the occasional impromptu dance party. Optimistic, whimsical, and lighthearted, everyone is welcome at Maggie’s yoga classes, especially your inner child. She received 200 hours of training at Yoga Mandali and is grateful to share her love for yoga and life. So come on and join the fun!

Heather obtained her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2026, through Yoga Mandali, in Saratoga Springs, NY.  She is registered with Yoga Alliance.  While new to teaching, Heather has been practicing various forms of yoga since she first discovered (and fell madly in love with) yoga in 2000, when she moved to Boston, MA from Boulder, CO.  Heather now resides in Saratoga Springs, NY, enjoying a life of outdoor adventures, creative endeavors and self-care.

Barbara Spaulding

Barbara Spaulding is a Registered Nurse, Certified Master Sound Healer, Clinical Sound Therapist, Certified Hypnotist, and Sound Healing Therapy Master Practitioner Certification Trainer. With more than 40 years of nursing experience and 14 years of professional experience in Sound Healing Therapy, Barbara brings together the worlds of healthcare, sound, music, guided imagery, and the healing arts.

A former ballerina, choreographer, performer, and co-founder/director of The Youth Ballet Company and School, Barbara draws upon her creative and clinical backgrounds to design deeply immersive sound experiences. She is the creator of the Original Magic Carpet Ride World Sound & Vision Journey, which weaves guided imagery with an extraordinary collection of healing instruments from around the world to transport participants into a deeply relaxing and imaginative inner journey.
